   Most frequently asked questions:

a) Procedure of booking reservation for Hotels/Villas/apartments
- We send you a reservation voucher to confirm your booking reservation which you will need to bring with you upon your arrival and present it to the owner of the villa/apartment or to the receptionist of the Hotel.

 b) Payment terms FOR THE VILLAS /APARTMENTS AND HOTELS
i) Upon confirmation of the booking reservation we will require the 30% of the total amount as a deposit.
ii) 21 days prior to the clients arrival we will require the balance of the above amount.

Our cancellation policy for the VILLAS is as follows:

i) If client cancels more than 45 days before his arrival there will be a refund of 50% of the deposit.
ii) If client cancels from 44 days to 21 days before then looses the whole of the deposit.
iii) If client cancels less than 20 days up to 2 days there will be a refund of 50% of the total amount of the booking reservation.
iv) If client cancels from 2 days to less days then there will be no refund at all.

We offer our clients two modes of payment. You can pay us by credit card – Visa or Master preferably together with the expiry date.
