This attractive villa is set in a wonderful countryside in the village of Prines, 7 km west of Rethymno and 5 km from a long, sandy beach.

Villa Distella is suitable for families with children or a company of friends who wish to spend a nice relaxed time together near the Cretan nature and away from noisy and crowed places.
The modern furnished Villa is 220 sqm in size and can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all electric kettle, coffee machine and laundry at your disposal.
There is also a bedroom with double bed and a WC / shower.
On the upper floor there are 3 more bedrooms and 2 wc / bathrooms, a big terrace with a great view over the sea of Apokoronas.
The distance to the Mini-market, a Tavern and some other small traditional shops is 800 meters away. A car is considered to be essential.
