Welcome to Villa Domenico – Plakias
Villa Domenico is quietly situated on a hillside overlooking the bay of Plakias. Its distance from the fisherman’s village of Plakias is about 2 km. Plakias is the place where beautiful beaches and all amenities can be found, 30 km south of Rethymnon.

The villa’s facilities include a basement with equipment for table tennis, and billiards. Further there is a private swimming pool of 50sqm in size, and a BBQ. All living areas and bedrooms have air conditioning, which is at an extra local charge.
The generously proportioned, 2-storey villa is 200sqm in size, and suitable for up to 10 people. On the ground floor there is an open plan living/sleeping area with one sofa bed, open fireplace, seating corner, satellite TV, and a well equipped built in kitchen with microwave. There are two twin bedrooms, and a bathroom with bath/WC.
An outside stone staircase leads up to the first floor, where there is an open plan living/dining room with a well equipped built in kitchen, seating corner, open fireplace, and satellite TV. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds, a bathroom with bath/WC and a washing machine. From the verandas there are wonderful sea- and side sea views over the Bay of Plakias.
The nearest beach and a wide selection of shops and tavernas can be found in Plakias.
